Assumptions stay implicit
Critical beliefs shape the work without ever being surfaced, tested, or shared.
You bought the Ferrari. Who knows how to drive it?
Make complexity usable.
I work at the intersection of business, people, and technology—the place where strategy becomes architecture, architecture meets operational reality, and someone must ensure the whole thing actually works.
Technology is a tool for people to use, not an outcome by itself. A powerful system applied to the wrong problem—or placed in an environment unprepared to use it—is not transformation. It is expensive potential.
I’m open to a new role where I can bring my experience to complex problems, deepen my capabilities, and work alongside thoughtful, capable collaborators.
It is successful when the organization has the right tools, people understand why they were chosen, ownership is clear, decisions remain visible, and those responsible for the system can operate and evolve it confidently.
I’ve spent seventeen years working inside enterprise systems—as an analyst, administrator, product owner, consultant, and solutions architect.
LinkedIn can tell you where I worked, what roles I held, and how long I held them. This site tells the story behind that chronology.
Across platforms, organizations, and transformation initiatives, I kept encountering the same fundamental challenge: technology decisions were being separated from the people, processes, ownership, and operating capabilities required to make those decisions successful.
Over time, that observation became a working philosophy—and eventually the foundation of the VITAL Method.

Problems accumulate in the corners—the places where otherwise capable disciplines stop connecting to one another.
Critical beliefs shape the work without ever being surfaced, tested, or shared.
Trade-offs are discussed in meetings but never preserved as part of the system’s history.
Someone is expected to act, but responsibility was never explicitly accepted.
The connections between workstreams become visible only after commitments are made.
Exceptions escape the formal process and survive only as institutional knowledge.
Systems are transferred to teams that were never prepared to operate or evolve them.
Project management can track delivery. Architecture can define the system. Training can teach people where to click. The connective tissue between them is often missing. That is the problem I want to solve.
VITAL helps organizations connect transformation decisions with the ownership, governance, adoption, and lifecycle discipline required to sustain them. It works alongside project management, product management, architecture, and consulting disciplines—addressing the decisions, evidence, responsibilities, operating conditions, and handoff requirements that can become lost between them.
